Meet Juan Puello, he is the owner and founder of Jefferson Auto Repair in West Orange, NJ. He got started in auto repair because he liked to repair cars and troubleshoot problems. He then later discovered he enjoyed helping customers, too. He started at the age of thirteen. From the start, he liked the challenge of diagnosing automobiles and checking that everything was running great. Juan is a really nice guy who will take good care of all his customers and make certain that they leave his place knowing that they got everything that they needed to be done on their car.
When Juan first opened the Jefferson Auto Repair shop over 20 years ago, he invited some of his family members to work with him. He is very proud of his son, Jhoan Puello, because he graduated and received a certification in auto mechanics from Lincoln Tech in 2012. Now, his son Jhoan has become the Service Manager at Jefferson Auto. Juan, the owner, is very happy to let the public know that this is a family run business and not only is his son Jhoan working here, but his wife, Maria and cousin Emmanuel, too. Juan knows that his family will always be there for him no matter what happens and he knows he can always rely on them. Which in turn, ultimately services the customer in the best way.
Juan’s philosophy from the beginning was to be honest and fair with each customer. He believes that honesty is the best policy. He credits the growth of his company to trustworthiness and building a strong, honest relationship with his customers. He also instills this concept of honesty with his children, family and employees.
